Profile

Emma is an accredited Coach, Assessor and Learning and Development Professional. She brings more than 20 years’ corporate experience across a broad range of industries with a key focus on talent development, in particular 1:1 executive coaching, team facilitation, leadership assessment for both development and recruitment, and the delivery of leadership programs ranging from communication skills to performance management to embed a new corporate performance framework.

Emma is trained in the use of a number of psychometric tools, including MBTI. She has an integrative approach as an Assessor, Learning and Development Professional and Coach.

Emma has assessed, coached and facilitated in organizations at senior leader, middle management and young talent levels in a range of industries including Financial Services, Aviation, Motor, Healthcare Insurance, Education, Oil and Gas and Legal. Some of the organizations she worked with include FAB, ADCB, Clyde & Co., Rolls Royce, Etihad Rail, Abu Dhabi Airports, GCAS, GCAA, ADNOC, New York University Abu Dhabi, Ethos Energy and Al Futtaim.
